Command Tooling Repair Service

Our Repair and Service area is one of the essential components of our company's vision and philosophy.

Calibrated and inspected in house at Command Tooling in Ramsey, MN. Calibration fee assessed for all test bars. Quick turnaround time (after receipt of P.O. number from Command Distributor). Note: We will only recalibrate Command Tooling System's Test Bars.

Below outlines the steps taken to complete your Test Bar calibration process:

• Contact a Command Customer Service Representative for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number by email at support@commandtool.com or by phone at 800-328-2197.

• Your Command Distributor will submit a P.O. number for the Inspection Fee.

• Upon receipt of Distribution P.O. number, Command Tooling will recalibrate and/or repair your Test Bar.

• Your tool will be tested and measured for accuracy and will not leave our facility until it is 100% approved.

• The Test Bar will be returned. Standard delivery rates apply depending on your shipping address.
